Buying Policy
- Official orders are only accepted via our website www.raihanaboutique.com
- Display price is not including shipping and handling fees or any other charges.
- Processing fee with amount 5% is applicable for credit card payment via Paypal.
- Customer is required to make a full payment within 24 hours after ordering or the order will be release automatically.
- Customer is required to send proof of payment via email as soon as possible.
- No Cash On Delivery is allowed.
- Please think properly before making any order as all sale are final. No return. No exchange. No refund.
Product Policy
- Color, design, size for the product may slightly different from the picture due to some factor such as photography, screen view and others.
- We did our best effort to give best description for the products.
- All product's informations are as per informed by our suppliers. We are not responsible for any issues on size, quality, originality and others.
- We have rights to change any product's information without early notice.
For Ready Stock Items
- Please make a full payment for your order within 24 hours
- Normally item will be shipped within 2-3 working days after full payment received
- For payment via credit card, additional 4% processing fee is applied. Your payment will take longer to be confirmed as it require extra 2-3 working days to process credit card payment.
- Shortage may happen. In case of stock shortage, .we will suggest to the customer to wait for the restock or they can replace the order with other available item
- Please make sure that you choose the right items to purchase as all sale is final.

For Pre-Order Items
- All pre-order items are directly imported from the distributor at oversea. Pictures and item's description are as per distributor's information.
- Pre-order must be completed with full payment before 10.00pm on every cut-off date which is stated on the front page.
- Normally, Malaysia's customer will received their parcel within 14 working days after pre-order's cut off date.
- All sale is confirmed and final as payment received. Please choose wisely for your order.
Shipping Policy
- For Ready-Stock product, item will be shipped within 3 working days in normal schedule. Please check website regularly for our shipping schedule.
- For Pre-Order product, item will be shipped within 14 working days in normal schedule. Please check website regularly for our shipping schedule.
- For local order (Malaysia), item will be shipped via Poslaju. For outside Malaysia, item will be shipped via EMS.
- Items is checked at its best condition before shipped.
- We are not responsible for any damage, stolen, or delay during shipment by other party.
